This purchase policy applies to paid features, one-time unlocks, subscriptions if ever offered, and App Store purchases connected to NotesEXP by EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC.

App Store Processing

All NotesEXP purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. Apple handles billing, taxes where applicable, receipts, family sharing availability, and refund requests under Apple's App Store terms.

What You Receive

Refunds And Cancellations

Refund requests must be handled through Apple. EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC cannot directly reverse App Store transactions or access your full payment method. To request a refund, use Apple's purchase history or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall NotesEXP or move to a new device, use the app's restore flow where available, or sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

If an unlock does not appear after purchase or restore, contact EV3RYBODYEATSENTERTAINMENTLLC@gmail.com with the app name, device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not send payment card details.
