NotesEXP Public Privacy Policy

NotesEXP is a notes, writing, canvas, and creative document app from EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC. It is built to let you write, format, import fonts, organize bars/notes, export work, and optionally join live writing sessions with other EEE users.
What We Collect
EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC does not collect your note text, imported fonts, imported audio, signatures, saved bars, documents, exported files, or writing session content on our servers through NotesEXP.
What Stays On Your Device
- Your notes, sections, bars, formatting, custom fonts, signatures, local exports, and imported media are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
- If you use live sessions, session data is shared peer-to-peer with the other devices you connect to using Apple's local networking systems. That content is not uploaded to an EEE server by NotesEXP.
- If you send an invite, share a file, export a PDF/PNG/text file, or use the iOS share sheet, the data goes only where you choose to send it.
Permissions
NotesEXP may ask for access only when a feature needs it. Examples include local network access for live sessions, notification permission for live invite alerts, file access for importing fonts/audio/text, and share/export access through iOS. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
No Tracking
NotesEXP does not use third-party advertising trackers, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Purchases
If NotesEXP offers paid features or unlocks, Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC does not receive your full payment card information from Apple.
