BEATSCAPE PUBLIC PRIVACY POLICY

BEATSCAPE is an audio discovery and save tool from EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC. It lets the user search for beats, stream them, save them locally, share them, and build playback from saved files.

What BEATSCAPE accesses

BEATSCAPE uses the internet to search public audio sources and fetch audio files selected by the user. Saved beats and generated iterations are stored in the app's local document space on the device.

Third-party audio sources

When the user searches, streams, or downloads content, the device may connect to public audio catalogs and third-party media hosts. Those services may receive the user's IP address, browser or device request metadata, and the specific audio request needed to deliver the content.

How your data is handled

EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC does not use BEATSCAPE to create user accounts or automatically sync a user's saved beats to our own servers. Saved tracks, local shares, and beat iterations stay on the device unless the user chooses to export or share them.

User control

The user can delete saved tracks, remove iterated versions, and control what gets shared. If the user sends audio out through the system share sheet, that sharing action is user initiated.
