BAR-CH1 PUBLIC PRIVACY POLICY

BAR-CH1 is a voice-to-text note and document tool from EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC. It is designed to capture spoken words, turn them into text, and save that material like notes on the device.

What BAR-CH1 accesses

BAR-CH1 requests access to the microphone so the user can record speech. It also requests speech-recognition permission so spoken words can be transcribed into text with punctuation and cleaned wording.

How your data is handled

Audio captures, transcription results, and saved notes are intended for the user who creates them. EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC does not use BAR-CH1 to create user accounts, sell user data, or automatically upload a user's notes to our own servers.

Speech recognition notice

Speech recognition may be processed on-device or by Apple services depending on the operating system, device capabilities, and user settings. Apple may process recognition requests under its own platform policies when the user chooses to use those system features.

User control

The user can stop recording, delete notes, and remove app data from the device at any time. If the user shares copied text or exported content, that action is initiated by the user.
